Overnight Oats (serves 1)
1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free, if needed)
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1/3 cup homemade cashew milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1-2 Tbs raw almond butter
berries of choice
1) Stir oats and hemp seeds into a 4 oz mason jar.
2) Add almond butter.
3) Pour cashew milk over the oat mixture.
4) Fill to the top with fresh berries.
